- The East Lake Community Library (ELCL) is an information resource center that enriches the local community by providing access to a variety of current, popular and traditional materials and related information resources and services. The East Lake Comunity Library recently celebrated it's 10th anniversary, and now we are looking forward to a 2-phase expansion project which we hope will begin very soon.
